Zunda mochi is made from edamame beans!

I mashed the edamame beans to make the zunda paste 🫛

This is quite a lot of work😭😭😭

Add a little sugar and the filling is complete✨

Cook the rice and the zunda mochi is done!

It might have been even more delicious if I could make the filling a little softer 🥺
