Little by little, I’ll be sharing my memories from New York—

and today, I want to write about one of my favorite experiences:

visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met).

One of the things I always look forward to when traveling abroad is visiting art museums.

And The Met is truly something special.

It’s a place where you can see masterpieces from all over the world, across every era and civilization.

I was so moved to see paintings by Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, and Vermeer—

artists I had once studied in art class years ago.

Seeing their works in person was a beautiful and emotional moment for me.

I walked a lot that day, so I ended up falling asleep as soon as I got back! 😴
