It's Erika!

This may seem sudden, but I'd like to talk about my recent concerns.

Many of you probably know my work, but I've been working solo both in GFE and in my previous job.

This year, I started a new job where I work as a team.

I'm doing what I love, so it's rewarding and I enjoy serving customers!

However, since I've been working alone until now,

I'm finding it difficult to work as a team and make flexible decisions on the spot.

It's been four months, and I'm still working hard, but it seems like Erika still needs more teamwork. 🥲

The year is almost over. 🔜

I hope I can finish it off with a smile. 💭
