Iroha accepts only one guest per day and does not remain at the store unless there is a reservation.

When a reservation is made, the visit is scheduled specifically for that guest, fitted in between other commitments.

The standard and recommended course is 90 minutes.

If a 60-minute course is booked without adjusting the start time,

an additional waiting period of approximately 30 minutes may occur.

For this reason, we kindly ask that 60-minute reservations be made with the start time shifted 30 minutes later,

so that the schedule can proceed smoothly.
