We have a strict no refund policy on all completed bookings as we operate as a service provider not as a vendor. Our services operate only to facilitate the booking process with you as the paying client with the chosen provider listed on our site.
The payment you make towards the provider are compensations for the time you spend together with the guaranteed acts being performed as advertised on our service page. By choosing to use GFE Japan, you agree to the following booking conditions when making a reservation.
No Show – Any payments made for an appointment where you are not reachable within a 15minute timeframe of the booking time will be forfeited and shall not be credited towards any future appointments. This includes situations where information provided to complete a booking is incorrectly provided to the operator at the time the booking was made.
Not As Advertised – Our pictures are genuine and accurate representations of the provider that you will meet when making an appointment. We are not liable for any misrepresentations or false expectations you may have with the chosen provider based on your individual opinion of how she looks compared to the photos shown on our site.
Failure To Perform – We guarantee that the services advertised will be performed by the provider as per requirement to be actively listed on our site. Any disagreements, changes or refunds must be negotiated with the provider directly not through GFE Japan.
Change of Mind – Cancellations made prior to any logistical aspects being initiated by the provider are free of charge. If in a transit you’ll be liable for all costs associated that occurred due to the cancellation being requested by you.
Credit Card payments cannot be partially refunded. Any issues arising from change of course or options will be refunded to you in cash by the provider at the time of the booking.
If you feel that you genuinely didn’t receive the service you paid for and would like a follow up from management in regards an appointment that was made, please email notifications@gfe-japan.net.
